Had a pleasant one-night stay at this budget hotel located in a residential area close to motorways and with a convenient on-site shop and garage.

Unfortunately there was nothing I liked about the Travelodge, Cork. We waited 10 minutes at reception, a tiny impersonal desk. The room was musty and not at all suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids, we were claustrophobic after first night! The door in the neighbouring room creaked loudly whenever opened and banged shut continuously. We stayed with a group for feile weekend and there was nowhere we could all convence, bar or lounge non existant. Eddie Rockets, not for the healthy conscious, lacking atmosphere, ambiance and comfort. To top it all, after a long day outdoors at football event, we were unable to take a shower as the water was cold. All other guests from our group had the same experience. I had to boil 3 kettles to wash! I certainly would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning. M Murphy

The room was well-equipped with a hair dryer and coffee/tea makers. the hotel's central location in the city center was convenient. - It was close to an adjoining restaurant and Cork airport.

They offered modest and large rooms with wi-fi, bedroom and a double bed. The location was perfect - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.
No.

Toilet was not cleaned since last occupant. Floor not hovered Disgusting white stains on bed and chair. Furniture chipped and marked. Large hole in the bed Bed sheet does not fully cover dirty mattress. Brown water coming out of taps. Stayed here before and was acceptable, but this time in room 30 was the worst hotel accommodation I have ever experienced. Will never again use Travelodge.

Great location close to beautiful gardens and near the airport 🌳.

It was close to the city centre, easy enough to get a taxi to and from. Rooms were clean and a good size.
The only thing I would change would be the wi-fi. I think this should be free for people staying at the hotel.

The surroundings were quiet and I was able to enjoy a peaceful nights sleep. It was conveniently located next to a restaurant and bar drinks were easily available from reception.
Although I was staying in a family and there were 4 in my party there was only 2 cups and 2 sets of towels.

Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Room comfortable and clean, bed comfortable, on site restaurant was great, and proximity to the airport was great also. A completely positive experience, and excellent value for money.
All was grand, nothing at all negative to say.

I would have preferred another option for breakfast, beside the on site cafe

I have stayed on a number of occasions at Cork Travelodge and have been more than satisfied everytime I have been there. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and I could not fault the accommodation.
The only small downside to the stay is it is situated next to Eddie Rockets which is a Diner and the smell of grease coming from the place is not very nice and a little off-putting

Although situated at a very busy main road junction, our room was at the rear and very quiet, clean and comfortable. The female receptionist was informative, very polite and helpful. We only used the Hotel for one night to visit Cork before flying home. The price was very competitive in view of the weak pound as we found Ireland expensive.
